Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Rates
A flat shipping fee of $7 is applied to all orders.
Orders are shipped via tracked USPS services. Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and carrier insurance where applicable.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Because each piece is handcrafted and produced in small quantities, occasional slight processing delays may occur.
Delivery Estimates
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Insurance
All orders with a retail value of $1000 or less are shipped with carrier insurance covering the full retail value of the items.
Orders with a retail value above $500 may require signature confirmation at delivery to ensure safe receipt.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue through replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to carrier approval.
Claims Requirements
To be eligible for a shipping insurance claim, customers must:

notify us within 5 days of delivery for damage, or 7 days of expected delivery for loss

retain all original packaging and shipping materials

provide clear photos of the package exterior, shipping label, interior packaging, and item condition

cooperate with any carrier inspection request if required
Failure to meet these requirements may affect the carrier’s ability to approve a claim.
Loss vs. Theft
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. Sukamojo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.
